1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ParcelWise.eu platform, a parcel tracking service for the Italy–France corridor. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

ParcelWise provides:

• A real-time parcel tracking service via a public tracking page
• Generation of shipping labels in PDF format
• Integration with Shopify for order management
• An administration dashboard for merchants

3. Access to the Service

The tracking page is publicly accessible via a tracking number. Access to the administration dashboard requires authentication. Merchants receive a unique API key for webhook integration.

4. Liability

ParcelWise is a tracking and simulation service. Tracking information reflects a transport simulation and does not constitute a contractual delivery commitment. ParcelWise cannot be held liable for simulated delays or anomalies.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual, textual, and technical elements of the ParcelWise.eu platform are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

6. Usage Limitations

The public tracking API is limited to 30 requests per minute per IP address. Shopify webhooks are limited to 100 requests per hour per IP. Any abuse will result in a temporary block.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
